You can leave early, once you have made fire.  The extended time limit is to give everyone a chance to make fire.  The exact amount of time that takes varies a lot by different people.

Who Absolutely Should Not Go

This seminar is physically active.  It will involve the constant use of the hands.  We will not be lifting or moving big objects, but you will be making a constant physical effort.

This class is good for children from the age of 7-12 with an accompanying adult.

Both adults and children must participate and be able to keep pretty good focus for the duration of the seminar.

Some carving is required, so you and your child should feel comfortable with learning how to hold a knife and carve with it.

If you or your child are extremely clumsy, then this seminar is not for you.

Your Requirements

Without exception, every 2 children must be accompanied by a supervising adult that is also participating in the seminar.  This adult must be at the seminar, and named at the time of registration.

You must provide a knife capable of doing some wood carving.  If you don’t have such a knife, I can sell you a high quality one at a tremendous, seminar only, discount.
